These have been designed by a licensed Architect with a Masters in Architecture from Harvard University. Together we have collaborated to simplify your process, reduce your Design, Title 24 and Engineering costs, as well as make it a far less stressful decision making process for you, the homeowner. We have also worked with an Interior Designer to streamline packages that bring together colors, flooring, appliances and fixtures and finishes! We then follow the final plan through the building department for permitting, shortening your waiting time and fast tracking the process to breaking ground and reap the rewards of your goal!
